Abishek Murthy is a government advocate, the State of Tamil Nadu, Madras High Court and a former member of AMS Legal, he is currently mentoring the firm as a Counsel. Abishek hails from a family of renowned lawyers in the city and has an illustrious practice in appearing for and against government and non-governmental organizations before various forums including the Madras High Court. 

Abishek has actively advised large corporate houses on high-end commercial transactions with his postgraduate level expertise in international trade law as well as business administration. Besides conventional litigations, Abishek has appeared extensively in alternate dispute resolution forums including international commercial arbitration tribunals. He has been accredited as an “Associate arbitrator” by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London. He is an alumni of Christ University, Banglore and University of Sydney, Australia.
